We collect only your email address when you sign up to our mailing list. We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal information.

How we use it

Your email address is used solely to send you the free resource you requested and subsequent email updates about training, fitness, and supplementation. We will never sell your email address to third parties.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Email platform

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our mailing list. Your data is stored on Kit's GDPR-compliant servers.
